Start Fee means the fee claimable in respect of each Participant at the time they are allocated to the Scheme pursuant to Clause 2 of this Appendix. The fee shall be 10% of the Overall Maximum Individual Participant Cost. Any number of Participants up to [REDACTED] will be allocated to the Scheme, pursuant to the Pre – Work Programme Participant selection process set out at paragraphs 1.18 to 1.23 of the Specification.
