Corporate Finance Fee Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.1(b);
Corporate Finance Fee Shares means the $10,000 fee to be paid by the Issuer to the Agent as 100,000 Common Shares on the Closing Day in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent.
Corporate Finance Fee Shares means Common Shares issuable without payment of any additional consideration upon the exercise of Corporate Finance Fee Special Warrants.
