It is agreed that the term "Corporate Gift Business Activities" shall mean sale of MONTBLANC products by LICENSOR, any of its RELATED COMPANIES and/or LICENSOR's OUTLETS, whereby the MONTBLANC products are sold to companies and/or legal entities which exclusively wish to give the MONTBLANC products as corporate gift or business gift to its employees and/or clients, and to the exclusion of any resale by such companies and/or legal entities.
You must obtain written approval (by mail, e-mail or facsimile) from either the Vii Corporate Gift Card Portfolio member ("portfolio member") who is the owner and manager of the relevant Gift Card program you wish to include in your promotion or in some instances directly from Vii Corporate.
Fees and Charges - Please be aware that the order value and charges displayed on the Vii Corporate Gift Card Order Statement may vary from the invoice(s) your receive due to bank fees associated with Gift Card orders where credit card has been selected as the payment method.
Further, LICENSOR shall remain free in the Territory to distribute PRODUCTS in connection with its Corporate Gift Business Activities.
Neither registration of your company or placement of a Gift Card order through the Vii Corporate Gift Card Service authorises you to utilise the trade marks.
