Corporate Members definition

Corporate Members means the initial corporate members set out in Schedule 1 (the “Initial Corporate Members”) and any other corporate member of Lloyd’s which, from time to time, is a subsidiary of the Applicant and writes business on the Syndicates;

Corporate Members means those seven persons or entities who own commercial property in Emeryville and who pay the largest amount of fees and dues. Corporate Members shall each designate one Director to the Board of Directors;

Corporate Members means the definition applied by the Institute in accordance with clause 8 of this Constitution;

Examples of Corporate Members in a sentence

• An affirmative vote of the majority of the Corporate Members within a Consumer subgroup shall constitute an affirmative vote of that subgroup.

• Corporate Members intending to send their authorized representatives to attend the Annual General Meeting (“the Meeting”) are requested to send to the Company a certified true copy of the Board Resolution authorizing their representatives to attend and vote on their behalf at the Meeting.

• As defined in the Association’s National Bylaws, the members of the Chapter shall consist of Government Members, Private Sector Members, Young Professional Members, Student Members, Retired Members, Lifetime Members, Honorary Members, Corporate Members, and Group Members.

• Office of Public Utility Counsel (“OPUC”) and the appointed Residential Consumer TAC Representative(s) shall be eligible to be Corporate Members without the payment of Annual Member Dues.

• Corporate Members intending to send their authorized representatives are requested to send a duly certified copy of the Board Resolution authorizing the representatives to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.

More Definitions of Corporate Members

Corporate Members means a member as constituted in terms of Clause 9 hereof;

Corporate Members means Imagine Corporate Capital 2 Limited, Imagine Corporate Capital 3 Limited, Imagine Corporate Capital 4 Limited, Imagine Corporate Capital 5 Limited and Imagine Corporate Capital 6 Limited;

Corporate Members means the Fellow and Member classes of members of the Institute;

Corporate Members means the members of the Corporation who are admitted to membership as set out in the Administrative By-law.8

Corporate Members means the Members described in Clause 6.1.1 of this Constitution.

Corporate Members means Centenary Co-operative Creamery Society Ltd., Callan Co-operative Agricultural & Dairy Society Ltd. and Mullinahone Co-operative Dairy Society Ltd. so long as they remain Members of the Society. Any action, consent or resolution required or provided to be taken, given or made by the Corporate Members, or by a majority thereof, under these Rules, in the absence of agreement of each of the Corporate Members, shall be deemed to have been taken, given or made if it is so taken, given or made by such Corporate Member or Corporate Members who alone or together hold a majority of the Shares held in the Society by all the Corporate Members.;
