Corrupt Activity definition

Corrupt Activity means any conduct set forth in Subparagraph (a)(1), (2) or (3) of Section 1-23-020 of the MCC. Knowing failure to make such a report will be an event of default under this Contract. Reports may be made to the Inspector General’s toll free hotline, 866- IG-TIPLINE (866-448-4754).
Corrupt Activity means the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of anything of value to influence the action of a SANBS employee in the procurement process or in Agreement execution; and as defined in the General conditions of contracting in the Treasury Framework for contracting;

Corrupt Activity means any activity with reference to a person (including without limitation, the offering of any payment, reward or other advantage to any public official or other person) which:

Corrupt Activity means having been convicted or in custody, under parole or under any other non-custodial supervision resulting from a conviction for commission of a felony, or of a criminal offense of whatever degree, involving bribery, or attempted bribery, or its equivalent, of any public officer or employee of the City or any sister agency; or theft, fraud, forgery, perjury, dishonesty or deceit, or attempted theft, fraud, forgery, perjury, dishonesty or deceit, or its equivalent, against the City of Chicago or any sister agency; or conspiring to engage in any of those acts.)
Corrupt Activity means extortion, fraud, deception, collusion, cartels, abuse of power, embezzlement, trading in influence, money-laundering or any similar activity including, without limitation, any activity, practice or conduct which would or could constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 6 Bribery Act 2010 if such practice or conduct had been carried out in the United Kingdom whether in connection with the Works or otherwise.
Corrupt Activity means engaging in, attempting to engage in, conspiring to engage in, or soliciting, coercing, or intimidating another person to engage in any of numerous criminal activities specified in the Ohio corrupt activities law.38 Current law includes trafficking in persons among those criminal activities but only to the extent that the violation of the trafficking in persons statute is not based solely on the same conduct that constitutes corrupt activity for compelling prostitution.39 In other words, a person may not be charged under the corrupt activities law for both trafficking in persons and compelling prostitution if the conduct giving rise to the two charges is exactly the same. The bill eliminates this restriction on multiple charges.
Corrupt Activity means any activity with reference to a person (including without limitation the offering of any payment, reward or other advantage to any public official or other person), which is (a) found by a court in a competent jurisdiction (after all available rights of appeal have been exhausted) to have rendered the export contract illegal, void, voidable or unenforceable under its governing law; or (b) other than under duress, has been admitted by that person (which shall include, for the avoidance of doubt, admissions of activity made under a deferred prosecution agreement in England, civil forfeiture order or similar administrative settlement in another jurisdiction); or (c) is found by a court or competent authority in any competent jurisdiction (after all available rights of appeal have been exhausted) outside the United Kingdom to constitute an offence under any applicable law (except by virtue of changes to that law having retrospective effect); or (d) is found by a court or competent authority in the United Kingdom (after all available rights of appeal have been exhausted) to constitute a Relevant Offence and which activity in respect of paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) above corresponds to a Relevant Offence provided that, where for the purposes of paragraph (b) above, any such activity is admitted by an Excluded Person, such activity shall not, for the purposes of this policy, constitute “Corrupt Activity” if such activity was not, at the time it was engaged in, unlawful under the laws or regulations of the country in which it took place;
