Cost of Issuance Account definition

Cost of Issuance Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 8.06 of the Indenture.
Cost of Issuance Account means the Account so designated, which is created and established within the Program Fund by the Master Indenture.
Cost of Issuance Account means the account within the Construction Fund so designated, established and created pursuant to Section 3.01 hereof.
