Cost Plus Work definition

Cost Plus Work means a contractual arrangement that prescribes the cost of the work plus an allowance for overhead and profit, as expressly defined in the Contract, as payment for performance of the item of work to which it relates.
Cost Plus Work means Work for which a method of payment has been established on an actual labour and materials cost basis;
Cost Plus Work refers to Work described in Exhibit D, Section 2 (“Cost Plus Work”).

Examples of Cost Plus Work in a sentence

  • If a change in the Work results in expenditures only, the change in the Work shall be valued as Cost Plus Work in accordance with GC5.1A.

  • The Contractor shall submit to the Owner for approval, in the case of Cost Plus Work, a Cost Estimate Form, in the form attached as Appendix C - Cost Estimate Form, in which the Contract Price shall be broken down and separated into the cost items shown on the Form.

  • The Contractor shall keep full and detailed accounts and records necessary for the documentation of the cost of Cost Plus Work and Work done under a Change Directive or Change Order on a cost-plus basis, and shall provide the Consultant with copies thereof when requested.

  • The Contractor shall obtain the Consultant's approval prior to subcontracting or entering into other agreements for Cost Plus Work or Work done under a Change Directive or Change Order on a cost-plus basis.

  • For those employee classifications covered by the Prevailing Wage Law, direct labor costs for the performance of Cost Plus Work shall be equal to or greater than the Prevailing Wage for each employee’s classification, as specified in each applicable TO.

  • The Judicial Council shall reimburse Contractor for actual and reasonable transportation, meals, and lodging Expenses actually incurred by Contractor’s and its Subcontractor’s employees in the course of their performance of the Cost Plus Work and according to the provisions of the travel plan approved in the TO – provided an overnight stay or air travel is required and authorized in the TO.

  • Cost Plus Work: Payment for Cost Plus Work, if any, shall be based on the cost of such Work, as provided in GC5.1A.3.2, plus a fixed fee or percentage fee calculated as a percentage of the cost of such Work, for the Contractor's overhead and profit.

Related to Cost Plus Work

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
