Course Fees definition

Course Fees means the Tuition Fees and the Non-Tuition Fees.
Course Fees means the fees for the course as amended from time to time
Course Fees means the amounts that are due and payable by a Student for enrolment of Course.

Examples of Course Fees in a sentence

  • The PEI shall return all Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees paid to it within seven (7) working days of the receipt of the written notice.

  • The PEI will explain to the Student its policy for late payment of Course Fees, including any late payment fee charged in Schedule C (if applicable) and any impact on Course/module completion (if applicable).

  • Each instalment amount shall not exceed the following: • 12 months’ worth of Course Fees for EduTrust certified PEIs*; or • 6 months’ worth of Course Fees for non-EduTrust-certified PEIs with Industry-Wide Course Fee Insurance Scheme (IWC)*; or • 2 months’ worth of Course Fees for non-EduTrust-certified PEIs without IWC*.

  • The Student should be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid should the Student decide to withdraw, within seven (7) working days of the above notice.


More Definitions of Course Fees

Course Fees means the fees charged by Health and Fitness Education in respect of a course, support services, course materials, awarding body fees, and payable by you;
Course Fees means the Tuition Fees, Non-Tuition Fees and Application Fee.
Course Fees means the fees payable in respect of the Course as set out in the Course Outline available on the Course Homepage and on Eventbrite’s website.
Course Fees means the fees (not including Certification Fees, Assessment Fees and GST) charged by the Training Provider on account of the Applicant’s undertaking of a Course, and expressed or to be expressed by the Training Provider in its invoice or bill as ‘Course Fees’.
Course Fees means Course Tuition fee and Student Contribution fee only. It does not include institutional levies or student support costs.
Course Fees means the fees payable in respect of a Course as set out in the Course outline;
Course Fees means, the Tuition Fees for the Course received by the College before the Course Start Date and the Enrolment Acceptance Fee.
