Covered Process Units definition

Covered Process Units means any process unit that is, or under the terms of this Consent Decree becomes, subject to the equipment leak provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart GGGa.
Covered Process Units means the unit that produces ETHOCEL ™ brand cellulose ethers (identified as EGB5) and the Low Gloss ABS Unit (identified as EG31).
Covered Process Units means the Phenol unit at the Mt. Vernon Facility, which comprises a “chemical manufacturing process unit” (as defined in 40 C.F.R.

Examples of Covered Process Units in a sentence

  • Covered Types of Equipment shall be monitored in order to calculate a leak percentage for the Covered Process Units.

  • Beginning no later than 90 Days after the Effective Date of this Consent Decree, Aux Sable shall ensure that each valve, pump, and connector added to the Covered Process Units at the Facility for any reason is evaluated to determine if it is subject to LDAR regulations.

  • For descriptive purposes under this Section, the monitoring that takes place during an LDAR Audit shall be called “Comparative Monitoring,” and the leak percentages derived from the Comparative Monitoring shall be called the “Comparative Monitoring Audit Leak Percentages.” Aux Sable shall undertake Comparative Monitoring of the Covered Types of Equipment in the Covered Process Units during each LDAR Audit.

  • Aux Sable may elect to comply with the monitoring requirements of this Paragraph 22 at the Covered Process Units but may not make this election for anything less than all pieces of Covered Equipment in one entire Covered Process Unit.

  • Except as provided below, before each monitoring shift or before monitoring equipment is restarted during a monitoring shift, Settling Defendants shall calibrate LDAR monitoring equipment as required by Subpart GGGa in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Part 60, EPA Reference Test Method 21, prior to each time LDAR monitoring equipment is used to monitor Covered Process Units.

  • Settling Defendants shall utilize the following leak definitions in Paragraphs 87.a and 87.b below for valves and pumps in light liquid and/or gas/vapor service in Covered Process Units, unless other permit(s), regulations, or laws require the use of lower leak definitions.

  • Settling Defendants shall utilize a leak definition of 500 ppm VOCs for all of the valves in Covered Process Units.

  • To the extent not already done, beginning no later than six months after the Date of Lodging of this Consent Decree, Defendants shall ensure that each valve, connector, pump, agitator, and OEL added to the Covered Process Units at the Covered Facilities for any reason is evaluated to determine if it is subject to LDAR requirements.

  • Settling Defendants shall utilize a leak definition of 2,000 ppm VOCs for all of the pumps in Covered Process Units.

  • Beginning no later than three (3) Months after the Effective Date of this Consent Decree, INEOS shall evaluate each valve, connector, pump, agitator, and OEL that is added to the Covered Process Units for any reason to determine if it is subject to LDAR requirements.


More Definitions of Covered Process Units

Covered Process Units means all affected facilities (except compressors) that commenced construction, reconstruction or modification after January 20, 1984 within the meaning of 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart KKK, at the Kalkaska Gas Plant North (or “KGPN” ) located at the Covered Facility, which includes the following process units: cryogenic
Covered Process Units means pharmaceutical process units at the Facility used for the production of Amoxicillin, Cephalexin, Cefadroxil, and Cefprozil.
Covered Process Units means any process unit subject to the equipment leak provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart JJJ or Subpart H, which at the time of lodging of the Consent Decree includes only the Acetonitrile, Acrylonitrile, and Barex Process Units.
Covered Process Units means any Process Unit at the Facility that is, at the Date of Lodging, subject to, or, under the terms of this Consent Decree, becomes subject to 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart OOOO, pursuant to Paragraph 12, including Areas 100 (Inlet Separation & Dehydration), 200 (Extraction), 300 (Ethane Recovery), 500 (Utilities & Flare), 600 (Fractionation Unit, including Butamer Isomerization Process & Merox Treatment Process), 700 (Product Storage, Distribution & Railcar Loading), and 900 (Inlet & Metering), except that the following Process Units shall not be considered Covered Process Units: (a) the fractionation unit constructed under Construction Permit No. 14120019 and known as Unit 600A, and (b) any Process Units installed at the Facility after the Date of Lodging.
Covered Process Units means the Resorcinol Production Process Unit and the Resorcinol-Based Resins Production Process Unit at the Facility.
Covered Process Units means those process units at the Facility that contain “Covered Equipment;”

Related to Covered Process Units

  • Process unit means equipment assembled for the extraction of natural gas liquids from field gas, the fractionation of the liquids into natural gas products, or other operations associated with processing natural gas products. A process unit can operate independently if supplied with sufficient feed or raw materials and sufficient storage facilities for the products.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Student growth objective means an academic goal that teachers and designated supervisors set for groups of students.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Performance Objective means a standard established by the Committee to determine in whole or in part whether a Performance Award shall be earned.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Performance Objectives means the performance objective or objectives established by the Committee pursuant to the Plan. Any Performance Objectives may relate to the performance of the Company or one or more of its Subsidiaries, divisions, departments, units, functions, partnerships, joint ventures or minority investments, product lines or products, or the performance of the individual Participant, and may include, without limitation, the Performance Objectives set forth in Section 13(b). The Performance Objectives may be made relative to the performance of a group of comparable companies, or published or special index that the Committee, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, or the Company may select Performance Objectives as compared to various stock market indices. Performance Objectives may be stated as a combination of the listed factors.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Goals means the annual level of participation by SBEs in City Contracts as established in this chapter, the SBE Regulations, or as necessary to comply with applicable federal and state nondiscrimination laws and regulations. Goals for individual Contracts may be adjusted as provided for in this chapter and shall not be construed as a minimum for any particular Contract or for any particular geographical area.

  • Goal means the intended or projected result of a comprehensive corrections plan or community corrections program to reduce prison commitment rates, to reduce the length of stay in a jail, or to improve the utilization of a jail.

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Performance Measures means measures as described in Article 12 on which the performance goals are based and which are approved by the Company’s shareholders pursuant to this Plan in order to qualify Awards as Performance-Based Compensation.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.
