Examples of Covered Results in a sentence

  • The Publishing Party shall submit to the Non-Disclosing Party for review and approval any proposed academic, scientific and medical publication or public presentation which contains Covered Results or otherwise contains the Non-Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information.

  • Each Party shall provide to the other Party the opportunity to review each of the submitting Party’s proposed (a) abstracts and manuscripts for scientific journals or conferences that relate to the Covered Results at least [***] prior to intended submission for publication, and (b) presentations at scientific conferences (including information to be presented verbally) that relate to the Covered Results at least [***] prior to its intended presentation.

  • ImmunoGen agrees that, except as required by Applicable Laws, it shall not publish or present, or permit to be published or presented, the Covered Results without the prior review by and approval of Jazz, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed; provided, that it shall be deemed reasonable for Jazz to withhold its consent to any request by ImmunoGen to publish or present any Covered Results prior to the planned publication or dissemination of such Covered Results by Jazz.

Related to Covered Results

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Results means any information, documentation, designs, technical drawings, software (system and application software), algorithms, elaborated design data, technical or industrial data, tools, knowledge, know-how, trade secrets, equipment and services process, methodology, and any intellectual property therein, regardless of their support and whether or notprotected byan intellectual property right, developed, created or acquired by one Party during the execution of the Contract. The Results shall become the exclusive property of Purchaser as and when they are created or developed.

  • Proved Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and one of the following: (a) “Developed Producing Reserves”, (b) “Developed Non-Producing Reserves” or (c) “Undeveloped Reserves”.

  • Company Financial Information As defined in Section 2(a)(ii).

  • Proved Developed Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and one of the following: (a) “Developed Producing Reserves” or (b) “Developed Non-Producing Reserves.”

  • Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Sponsored research means research, training, and other sponsored activities as defined by the federal Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget:

  • Financial Data means any financial and market data, price quotes, news, analyst opinions, research reports, signals, graphs or any other data or information whatsoever available through the Trading Platform.

  • Financial exploitation means a breach of a fiduciary duty by an actor’s unauthorized expenditure of funds entrusted to the actor for the benefit of the vulnerable adult or by an actor’s failure to provide food, clothing, shelter, health care, therapeutic conduct or supervision, the failure of which results or is likely to result in detriment to the vulnerable adult. Financial exploitation also includes: the willful use, withholding or disposal of funds or property of a vulnerable adult; the obtaining of services for wrongful profit or advantage which results in detriment to the vulnerable adult; the acquisition of a vulnerable adult’s funds or property through undue influence, harassment, duress, deception or fraud; and the use of force, coercion, or enticement to cause a vulnerable adult to perform services against the vulnerable adult’s will for the profit or advantage of another.

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • Projections as defined in Section 6.2(c).

  • Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Discussion means an exchange of information to promote understanding of a City’s agency's requirements and offeror's proposal and to facilitate arriving at a contract that will be the best value to the City. Discussions are not permissible in competitive sealed bidding, except to the extent permissible in the first phase of multi-step sealed bidding to determine the acceptability of technical offers.   • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a scientific study published only after having been critically

  • Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.

  • Forecasts means the quantity of Items or Services that Buyer reasonably anticipates it may purchase during a specified time.

  • Positive Test Result means a finding of the presence of drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites in the sample tested in levels at or above the threshold detection levels contained in the standards of one of the programs listed in Minn. Stat. § 181.953, Subd. 1.

  • Forecast means the hourly forecast of (a) the total electric energy production of the Generating Facility (in MWh) when the Generating Facility is not PIRP-eligible or Buyer is not Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use, or (b) the available total generation capacity of the Generating Facility (in MW) when the Generating Facility is PIRP-eligible and Buyer is Scheduling Coordinator net of the Site Host Load and Station Use.

  • Selected Financial Data fairly present the information set forth therein on the basis stated in the Registration Statement.

  • Pool Information means the mortgage pool information reflected in the Master Tapes and the Prospectus Supplement. “Master Tapes” shall mean the respective compilations of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Independent Accountants’ Reports on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures dated the date of the Preliminary FWP and the date hereof, respectively, rendered by a third party accounting firm described in Section 6(h)(ii) of this Agreement.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Portfolio Information means confidential and proprietary information of the Fund, the Adviser or the Sub-Adviser that is received by a party hereto in connection with this Agreement, and information with regard to the portfolio holdings, investment activity and characteristics of the Fund.
