Covered Revenue definition

Covered Revenue means any fees, charges or other revenues that are (i) characterized as (x) Gross Revenues (without giving effect to clause (c) in the definition of Gross Revenues related to Allocated Other Revenue) or (y) Revenues Attributable to Lessee CapEx, in each case under this Agreement or any other Lease; (ii) Excluded Revenues under this Agreement or any other Lease or (iii) generated from the Rate Base of regulated assets owned or operated by a party other than Lessor or a subsidiary thereof.
Covered Revenue means any fees, charges or other revenues (a) that are characterized as Unadjusted Gross Revenues (or Gross Revenues) for purposes hereof or for purposes of any other similar lease (x) between Lessee and Lessor or an affiliate thereof or (y) between Lessee and any of its wholly-owned subsidiaries or (b) that are generated from the Rate Base of regulated assets owned or operated by a party other than Lessor or a subsidiary thereof.
Covered Revenue means Franchisee Covered Revenue or Owned Covered Revenue, as applicable.

  • With respect to Fees calculated on Covered Revenue Earned outside the United States upon exercise of the Option, payments shall be calculated based on currency exchange rates for the calendar quarter for which remittance is made for Fees.

Covered Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(d).
Covered Revenue means, with respect to any period, the sum of all amounts payable to EVERTEC in connection with the Popular Parties’ receipt of Services or purchases from EVERTEC of other products or services under this Master Agreement; provided, however, that Covered Revenue shall be subject to adjustment as follows:
Covered Revenue means the aggregate amount of revenue included on the income statement of a person from the sale by such person of Covered Products during a specified period, as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Covered Revenue is all Enterprise Revenue excluding professional services and installation revenue (which for purposes of deductions from Enterprise Revenue, shall not be deemed to exceed 5% of Enterprise Revenue). "Enterprise Revenue" is all NewsEdge revenue other than NewsEdge's segmented Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx revenue. All earned royalties will be first paid with the advance royalties described in Section B(1) above. Any excess royalties during the two (2) year development term shall be paid within forty-five (45) days after each calendar year end; upon exercise by NewsEdge of any optional extension pursuant to Section A(5) above, royalties shall be determined quarterly rather than on an annual comparative basis and shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the end of each of NewsEdge's fiscal quarters.
