Covered Territories definition

Covered Territories means Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, Russia and India
Covered Territories means those geographical areas in the United States in which (i) AT&T Mobility (or any AT&T Affiliate) provides Services using the AT&T Network Facilities (the “Territory”); and (ii) AT&T Mobility (or any AT&T Affiliate) has the right to use another wireless service provider’s network and is authorized to extend such right to DISH, subject to any other restrictions or limitations imposed pursuant to agreements between AT&T Mobility (or any AT&T Affiliate) and such other wireless service providers.

  • In furtherance of the foregoing, Seller and Purchaser shall, at the reasonable request of the other Party, agree, among other things, to enter into secondment or services agreements where appropriate, in efforts to avoid a disruption to the operation of the Customer Care Business in each of the Subsequent Covered Territories.

  • To the Knowledge of Goodyear, Schedule ‎2.2(a)(ii) includes all “DUNLOP” or D Device Trademarks registered or applied for in the Covered Territories in connection with the Dunlop Products with or by any Governmental Authority that are currently owned by a Goodyear Group Member, other than the Transferred Entities.

  • AB shall reimburse CBA for any costs incurred in connection with the foregoing to the extent such costs directly relate to the exportation of the Products by CBA into the Covered Territories.

  • Any transaction in the Covered Territories with a contact set forth on the Approved Target List referred to SRB or BRI consummating during the twelve (12) month period following termination or expiration of this Agreement shall be deemed to be covered by the terms of this Agreement.

  • Nothing in this Section 3.02 shall be deemed to prohibit CBA or its Affiliates from undertaking consumer research or consumer testing in any of the Covered Territories.


More Definitions of Covered Territories

Covered Territories means (i) each of the Initial Territories and (ii) from and after the applicable Commencement Date with respect thereto, each Transition Territory and each New Territory.
Covered Territories means the jurisdictions listed in Schedule 1-C.
Covered Territories means collectively, the following geographical regions: the People’s Republic of China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Russia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Laos, Africa, and the geographical regions in the Middle East and Middle Asia, and a “Covered Territory” means any one of them.
Covered Territories. “ means those countries where the making, using, importing, selling or offering for sale of the Licensed Product would constitute, but for the license granted to Acutus pursuant to this Agreement, infringement of a Valid Claim in the country of intended use of the Licensed Product.
Covered Territories shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule 8.2.
