Covered Territories definition

Covered Territories means Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, Russia and India
Covered Territories means those geographical areas in the United States in which (i) AT&T Mobility (or any AT&T Affiliate) provides Services using the AT&T Network Facilities (the “Territory”); and (ii) AT&T Mobility (or any AT&T Affiliate) has the right to use another wireless service provider’s network and is authorized to extend such right to DISH, subject to any other restrictions or limitations imposed pursuant to agreements between AT&T Mobility (or any AT&T Affiliate) and such other wireless service providers.
Covered Territories means collectively, the following geographical regions: the People’s Republic of China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Russia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Laos, Africa, and the geographical regions in the Middle East and Middle Asia, and a “Covered Territory” means any one of them.

  • The parties hereto acknowledge that BRI will be (i) an indirect beneficiary of the Services provided by Consultant to SRB under this Agreement and (ii) a direct beneficiary of the BRI Payment (described below) as a result of the consummation of a Transaction in the Covered Territories.

  • Any transaction in the Covered Territories with a contact set forth on the Approved Target List referred to SRB or BRI consummating during the twelve (12) month period following termination or expiration of this Agreement shall be deemed to be covered by the terms of this Agreement.

  • To the extent CBA uses any XX Xxxxx or AB Creative Materials in connection with the sale and distribution of the Products outside of the Covered Territories, CBA shall promptly provide AB with written notice of any known or suspected infringement or other violation by any Person of any AB Xxxx or AB Creative Material outside of the Covered Territories that may come to CBA’s attention.

  • AB shall maintain all licenses, permits and other authorizations that are necessary for the importation, distribution, advertising, marketing and sale of the Products in the Covered Territories.

  • Each Party shall notify the other in writing of (i) any information that comes to its attention relating to the Products distributed in the Covered Territories reasonably thought likely to involve a consumer health or safety problem and (ii) any possible action and/or decision by a competent authority to recall (or that could result in a recall of) any such Product or batches of any such Product.


More Definitions of Covered Territories

Covered Territories. “ means those countries where the making, using, importing, selling or offering for sale of the Licensed Product would constitute, but for the license granted to Acutus pursuant to this Agreement, infringement of a Valid Claim in the country of intended use of the Licensed Product.
Covered Territories shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule 8.2.
Covered Territories means (i) each of the Initial Territories and (ii) from and after the applicable Commencement Date with respect thereto, each Transition Territory and each New Territory.

  • Geographic Territory means the United States of America, including all of its territories and possessions, unless otherwise specified.
