CPC Group definition

CPC Group means CPC and each person (other than any member of the Corn Products Group) that is a Subsidiary of CPC.

CPC Group means the affiliated group of corporations as defined in Code Section 1504(a) of which CPC (or any successor thereto) is the common parent, excluding for tax periods of the CPC Group commencing subsequent to the Spinoff Date, CORN and the other members of the CORN Group.   • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.
