Examples of CPLG Group in a sentence

  • After the Effective Time, (i) LQ shall be responsible for providing any necessary WARN notice (and meeting any similar state Law notice requirements) with respect to any termination of employment of any LQ Group Employee and (ii) CPLG shall be responsible for providing any necessary WARN notice (and meeting any similar state Law notice requirements) with respect to any termination of employment of any CPLG Group Employee.

  • Neither the transfer of employment to the CPLG Group nor the Distribution shall constitute a “Termination” under any LQ Equity Plan.

  • Except as set forth in Section 8.3(c), CPLG shall be liable for and shall pay or cause to be paid (A) the portion of any Taxes allocable to the period beginning after the Distribution Date (determined in accordance with Section 10.2) owed in connection with any Audit of any Tax Return of CPLG or any member of its Group for any Straddle Tax Period, and (B) all Taxes owed in connection with any Tax Return of CPLG or any member of the CPLG Group for any Post-Distribution Tax Period.
