Credit Package definition

Credit Package means with respect to any Mortgage Loan, those items designated as such on Exhibit C hereto.
Credit Package means the consumer loan products of SHB FC provided to the Customer under the terms and conditions of the Credit Contract between SHB FC and the Customer.
Credit Package shall have the same meaning as defined in the Manual.

Credit Package means that group of documents and other information or materials that must be delivered to Huntington under the terms and as identified in the Correspondent Manual before Huntington will underwrite and make a credit decision for a Mortgage Loan, or purchase a Mortgage Loan in the case of a loan underwritten by Seller pursuant to Delegated or Expanded Delegated Underwriting Authority.
