Creditor List definition

Creditor List means the creditor list (together with all summaries, notes, and schedules) attached as Exhibit A to the Notice of Filing of Creditor List for the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority [Case No. 17-BK-4780-LTS, ECF No. 520], pursuant to Bankruptcy Code sections 924 and 925, as such list, summaries, notes, or schedules have been or may be amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified by PREPA.
Creditor List means the list of creditors to be compiled in accordance with the terms of the Implementation Order;
Creditor List means the Debtor’s Third Amended List of Creditors [Docket No.126] filed by the Debtor pursuant to section 924 of the Bankruptcy Code on September 29, 2021, as the same may be further amended or supplemented.

Examples of Creditor List in a sentence

  • Filing an amended Creditor List or Equity Security Holders List is not permitted.

  • While using that organization’s network or computing resources, violating any other organization’s rules for use of its network or computing resources.

  • The Creditor List shall be submitted to the clerk or filed in PDF.

  • The name and address of the Court, Judge, debtor, and debtor’s counsel, if any, shall not be listed on the Creditor List.

  • In addition to the requirements of Bankruptcy Rule 1019, the debtor-in-possession or trustee in a superseded Chapter 11 case, and the debtor in a superseded Chapter 12 or 13 case, shall file an amendment to the Creditor List reflecting the names and addresses of all unscheduled, unpaid post-petition creditors within fourteen (14) days following the entry of the order converting the case or the filing of a notice of conversion.

  • PREPA will have the authority to amend the Creditor List with respect to any Claim and to make distributions based on such amended Creditor List without approval of the Title III Court.

  • If no such objection is filed, the Distribution Agent may proceed with distributions based on such amended Creditor List without approval of the Title III Court.

  • If any such amendment to the Creditor List reduces the amount of a Claim or changes the nature or priority of a Claim, PREPA will provide the Holder of such Claim with notice of such amendment and such Holder will have twenty (20) days to file an objection to such amendment with the Title III Court.

  • PBA’s Creditor List and the Bar Date Order may be downloaded and examined free of charge from the Claims Agent website, https://cases.primeclerk.com/puertorico/.

Related to Creditor List

  • Creditor agency means a Federal agency to whom a debtor owes a mone- tary debt. It need not be the same agency that effects the offset.

  • Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-2, the Indenture Trustee.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Master Account Approval List means the list of Attendee reservations and Dates which the Judicial Council has authorized the Contractor to xxxx associated sleeping room charges and tax against the Judicial Council’s Master Account.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Senior Lender means each holder of a Senior Note.

  • Senior Agent means the Person acting as agent from time to time for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders under the Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity.

  • Creditor Party means the Agent, the Security Trustee, the Swap Bank or any Lender, whether as at the date of this Agreement or at any later time;

  • Creditor has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • DDA means each checking, savings or other demand deposit account maintained by any of the Loan Parties. All funds in each DDA shall be conclusively presumed to be Collateral and proceeds of Collateral and the Agents and the Lenders shall have no duty to inquire as to the source of the amounts on deposit in any DDA.

  • Facility Agent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Senior Collateral Agent means Citicorp USA, Inc., in its capacity as Senior Collateral Agent under the Senior Collateral Documents, and its successors.

  • Authorized insurer means, in the case of an interstate motor carrier whose operations may or may

  • authorised insurer means an insurer that holds an authorisation to carry on insurance business for the purposes of Directive 73/239/EEC or that is otherwise entitled to carry on non-life insurance business in the State;

  • Failed Bank Charge-Offs/Write-Downs means, with respect to any Shared- Loss Asset, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of reversals or charge-offs of Accrued Interest and charge-offs and write-downs of principal effected by the Failed Bank with respect to that Shared-Loss Asset as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank.

  • Bondholders Meeting" means a meeting among the Bondholders held in accordance with Clause 17 (Bondholders’ Meeting).

  • Obligors’ Agent means the Company, appointed to act on behalf of each Obligor in relation to the Finance Documents pursuant to Clause 2.4 (Obligors’ Agent).

  • Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.

  • Covered Bondholders means the holders from time to time of Covered Bonds, title to which is evidenced in the manner described in Condition 3 (Form, Denomination and Title).

  • Second Priority Representative means (i) in the case of the Initial Second Priority Debt Obligations covered hereby, the Initial Second Priority Representative and (ii) in the case of any other Second Priority Debt Facility, the Second Priority Debt Parties thereunder, the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent or similar agent under such Second Priority Debt Facility that is named as the Representative in respect of such Second Priority Debt Facility in the applicable Joinder Agreement.

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Security Agent means the Bond Trustee or any successor Security Agent, acting for and on behalf of the Secured Parties in accordance with any Security Agent Agreement or any other Finance Document.

  • Senior Creditor means a holder or holders of Senior Indebtedness and includes any representative or representatives, agent or agents or trustee or trustees of any such holder or holders;
