Critical Defects definition

Critical Defects means conditions under which the Product is partially inoperative, still usable by BTE, but creates a critical situation with respect to BTE’s business operations. The inoperative portion of the Product severely restricts BTE’s operations.
Critical Defects means Defects that might reasonably be expected to endanger life or be a hazard to health, including Defects that might reasonably be expected to give an electrical shock, or Defects that might reasonably be expected to create a fire hazard. “Major Defects” means Defects that cause the Equipment to be functionally inoperative, materially unusable, or unable to meet in all material respects Specifications relating to performance.
Critical Defects means that These are extremely severe defects, which have already halted or are capable of halting the operation of the computer-based control system.

Critical Defects means Defects that cause the Cloud Service to become completely inoperable or in-accessible to all Users and no work around is available.
