Critical Service Contract definition

Critical Service Contract means the overall status of the Services provided under this Agreement as determined by the Authority and specified in paragraph 10.1 of Part B to Schedule 8.6 (Service Continuity Plan and Corporate Resolution Planning);
Critical Service Contract means the overall status of the Services provided under the Call-Off Contract as determined by the Buyer and specified in Paragraph 2 of this Schedule;
Critical Service Contract a service contract which the Buyer has categorised as a Gold Contract using the Cabinet Office Contract Tiering Tool or which the Buyer otherwise considers should be classed as a Critical Service Contract;
