CSC Data definition

CSC Data means data first produced by a Grantee in the performance of this cooperative agreement, which data are not generally known, and which data without obligation as to its confidentiality have not been made available to others by the Grantee or are not already available to the Government.
CSC Data means all data maintained in electronic form, and shall include all data used to provide Registry Services submitted by Applicants and/or Registrants concerning CSC registrations. For the purposes of this Agreement, the definition of CSC Data shall include the actual CSC Data along with the format of such CSC Data as well as the associated CSC Data dictionary.
CSC Data means all data that is: (a) used to provide Registry Services, (b) submitted by Applicants, Registrants and/or Visitors, or (c) data derived by or generated through the performance of Registry Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, the definition of CSC Data shall include the actual CSC Data along with the format of such CSC Data as well as the associated CSC Data dictionary. Pursuant to 17 CFR 240.24b-2, confidential information has been omitted in places marked “[* * *]” and has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a Confidential Treatment Application filed with the Commission.

  • This will establish highlighted headings (in light green) in the “Individual C/S-C Data Entry Matrix” & OPERALL PROJECT DATA sections that define for you which columns or rows should be completely filled out prior to submission.

  • Registry shall acquire no rights, including Intellectual Property rights, title or ownership in the CSC Registry Rights, including the CSC Data and the CSC Enhancements, by virtue of the License granted by this Agreement or by virtue of its use of the CSC Registry Rights, except the right to use the CSC Registry Rights in accordance with this Agreement.

  • As between CTIA and Registry, CTIA shall, on behalf of all Participating Carriers, own all right, title and interest in the CSC Registry Rights, including the CSC Data and CSC Enhancements and the Intellectual Property associated with them.

  • Registry shall own Intellectual Property created by or for Registry in the performance of the Registry Services pursuant to the License, including the Registry Software, Registry Database, Maintenance Modifications, and Enhancements, but excluding CSC Enhancements, CSC Data and the CSCA Website ("Registry IP").

  • Operating Oversight Board Each CSC Data Center and the GD Divisions it services will appoint an equal number of members to an Operating Oversight Board.

Related to CSC Data

  • DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement. DXC Data may include, but is not limited to the following, each of which is defined more fully herein, DXC Sensitive Information, Confidential Information, Personal Information, and Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;

  • biometric data means personal data resulting from specific technical processing relating to the physical, physiological or behavioural characteristics of a natural person, which allow or confirm the unique identification of that natural person, such as facial images or dactyloscopic data;

  • Public data means the objective, factual data on which policy decisions are based and on which public services are assessed, or which is collected or generated in the course of public service delivery.

  • genetic data means personal data relating to the inherited or acquired genetic characteristics of a natural person which give unique information about the physiology or the health of that natural person and which result, in particular, from an analysis of a biological sample from the natural person in question;

  • Non-Public Data means Customer Data, other than Personal Data, that is not subject to distribution to the public as public information. It is deemed to be sensitive and confidential by Customer because it contains information that is exempt by statute, ordinance or administrative rule from access by the general public as public information. Non-Public Data includes any data deemed confidential pursuant to the Contract, otherwise identified by Customer as Non-Public Data, or that a reasonable person would deem confidential.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Electronic Data means information, facts or programs stored as or on, created or used on, or transmitted to or from computer software, including systems and applications software, hard or floppy disks, CD-ROMS, tapes, drives, cells, data processing devices or any other media which are used with electronically controlled equipment.

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Electronic Data Room means the electronic data room established by or on behalf of Seller with respect to the Acquired Companies, as the same exists as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs); operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Goods and/or Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of Goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI means technology that provides transaction related details, including invoice number(s), pay dates, and other identifying information as appropriate for each transaction.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Electronic Data Interchange or “EDI technology” means the computer-to-computer exchange of business transactions in a standardized, structured electronic format.

  • Form, fit, and function data means technical data that describes the required overall physical, functional, and performance characteristics (along with the qualification requirements, if applicable) of an item, component, or process to the extent necessary to permit identification of physically and functionally interchangeable items.

  • EDGAR means the Commission’s Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.
