In proving such service, it shall be sufficient to prove that a prepaid letter containing such notice was properly addressed to such Bondholder at the address contained in the CSD Register.
The Bonds are to be issued in fully registered and dematerialised form without coupons and are represented in uncertificated form by the appropriate entry in the CSD Register.
The Issuer shall be entitled to obtain information from the Swedish CSD Register in accordance with the Swedish CSD Rules.

Each Bondholder consents to the Issuer having a right to obtain, from the CSD Register, any available information on the Bondholders including contact details and their holdings of Bonds.
Except as ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction or as required by law, the Issuer shall be entitled to treat the person in whose name a Bond shall be registered in the CSD Register as the absolute owner thereof for the purpose of making payment and for all other purposes, regardless of any notice of any nominee relationship or trust.
