CSG Client definition

CSG Client means a client of CSG.
CSG Client means any current or future Entity for which CSG provides data processing services through FDT in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Services Agreement.

  • CSG and third party support personnel retained by CSG or the CSG Client shall have reasonable access to the FDT Data Center on a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week basis to maintain and service such collocated equipment.

  • CSG shall ensure that the CSG Clients comply with the terms of the licenses and use restrictions for the CSG Client Development Software.

  • In addition to the foregoing, CSG shall not permit any CSG Client to modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or decompile the CSG Client Development Software, nor shall any CSG Client permit any other Entity to do so.

  • FDT has obtained or will obtain for CSG Clients for the Term the right to execute and use the CSG Client Development Software at CSG Clients' Locations solely to permit a CSG Client to receive the benefit of the FDT Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Services Agreement.

  • From time to time during the Term, CSG shall cooperate with FDT and its Systems Software vendors in connection with such vendors audit of CSG’s use of the Development Software and CSG Clients’ use of the CSG Client Development Software pursuant to this Services Agreement, provided that such vendors agree in writing to maintain the confidentiality of all CSG Confidential Information.

  • FDT has obtained or will obtain for CSG Clients for the Term the right to execute and use the CSG Client Development Software at CSG Clients’ Locations solely to permit a CSG Client to receive the benefit of the FDT Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Services Agreement.

  • The ------------ foregoing license shall include access to the source code and documentation in FDT Proprietary Software for the sole and limited purpose of enabling CSG to modify Existing CSG Proprietary Software and to develop New CSG Proprietary Software in response to CSG Client needs.

Related to CSG Client

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;

  • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Potential Client means any person or entity to whom the Company has offered (by means of a personal meeting, telephone call, or a letter or written proposal specifically directed to the particular person or entity) to serve as investment adviser or to provide or distribute insurance products but which is not at such time an advisee, investment advisory or insurance customer, distributor or client of the Group or any person or entity for which a plan exists to make such an offer; persons or entities solicited or to be solicited solely by non-personalized form letters and blanket mailings are excluded from this definition;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Prospective Client means any person or entity to which the Corporation, or any of its Subsidiaries, provided, or from which the Corporation, or any of its Subsidiaries received, a proposal, bid, or written inquiry (general advertising or promotional materials and mass mailings excepted) and with which the Participant had contact, or about which the Participant had access to Confidential Information, during the last twelve (12) months of his or her employment.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Restricted Client means any person, firm, corporation or other organization to whom the Participant directly or indirectly performed or assisted in performing Relevant Services, or with which the Participant otherwise had material contact, or about which the Participant learned Confidential Information or Trade Secrets, within the twenty-four months prior to the date on which the Participant’s employment with the Constituent Companies terminated.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.

  • CPNI means information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of a Telecommunications Service subscribed to by any customer of a Telecommunications Carrier, and that is made available to the carrier by the customer solely by virtue of the carrier customer relationship; and information contained in the bills pertaining to telephone exchange service or telephone toll service received by a customer of a carrier.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.
