CSRC Rules definition

CSRC Rules means the CSRC Filing Rules and the CSRC Archive Rules; “Revised Cybersecurity Review Measures” means the Cybersecurity Review Measures, effective from February 15, 2022, promulgated by the CAC, together with certain other PRC governmental authorities (《网络安全审查办法》).
