Cultural Uses definition

Cultural Uses means the Taking of Fish or Shellfish needed or used by a person where the Fish or Shellfish is normally or regularly used in cultural activities, ceremonies or traditions.

Cultural Uses means cultural and arts uses and cultural and arts-related uses, including, without limitation, Art Centers, Art Exhibition Areas, Art Galleries, Art Incubators and Artist Studios, Community Service Uses, Gallery Displays and Retail, Group Instruction Centers or Studios, Media Studios, Public Recreation and Community Centers and Museums, each as the foregoing is defined in the Zoning Regulations, including all ancillary storage, circulation, loading, mechanical, parking and any other area allocated for the exclusive use by the patrons or occupants of the space designated for Cultural Uses, as may be more specifically set forth in the Construction and Use Covenant.
Cultural Uses means uses oriented towards the arts and the improvement of knowledge and skills.
Cultural Uses means any use the Tribe or its members make of a Tribal waterbody which the Tribe, at its sole discretion, considers to be a use related to the culture of the Blackfeet people and which the Tribe seeks to protect.

  • Agricultural use means the use of any pesticide or method or device for the control of pests in connection with the commercial production, storage or processing of any animal or plant crop. “Agricultural Use” does not include the sale or use of pesticides in properly labeled packages or containers which are intended for: (A) Home use, (B) Use in structural pest control, or (C) Industrial or Institutional use.   • Non-Commercial Use means any use or activity where a fee is not charged and the purpose is not the sale of a good or service, and the use or activity is not intended to produce a profit.

  • Agricultural burning means open outdoor fires used in agricultural operations in the growing of crops or raising of fowl or animals, or open outdoor fires used in forest management, range improvement, or the improvement of land for wildlife and game habitat, or disease or pest prevention.

  • Baggage Identification Tag means a document issued by the carrier solely for identification of checked baggage, part of which is given to the passenger as a receipt for the passenger’s checked baggage and the remaining part is attached by the carrier onto a particular piece of the passenger’s checked baggage.

The E911 Customer may designate a PSAP as primary or secondary, which refers to the order in which calls are directed for answering. PSAPs are public safety agencies such as police, fire, emergency medical, etc., or a common bureau serving a group of such entities.

  • Natural uranium means uranium with the naturally occurring distribution of uranium isotopes, which is approximately 0.711 weight percent uranium-235, and the remainder by weight essentially uranium-238.

  • Illegal use of drugs means the use of drugs, the possession or distribution of which is unlawful. Such term does not include the use of a drug taken under the supervision by a licensed health care professional.
