Cultural facility means any publicly owned or operated museum, theater, art center, music hall, or other cultural or arts facility.

The Grantee agrees that if ownership of 0 Xxx Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 (the “Property”), is transferred to a for-profit entity or to an unrelated nonprofit entity which stops operating the Property as a Cultural Facility, Grantee shall notify MassDevelopment of such transfer and the full amount of the Grant Amount disbursed to the Grantee shall be repaid immediately to the Fund.
