Current Plan Year definition

Current Plan Year means (1) with respect to the Plan, the Plan Year in which the Determination Date occurs, and (2) with respect to each other Aggregation Group Plan, the plan year of such other plan in which occurs the Determination Date of such other plan.

• The Manor Care Stock Purchase Plan shall continue in effect after the Distribution Date and payroll deductions for all eligible Plan participants who are Retained Employees shall continue at the same levels after the Pre-Distribution Purchase Date until the earlier to occur of: (i) final purchase of stock at the end of the Current Plan Year quarter in which the Distribution Date occurs (the "Post-Distribution Purchase") or (ii) the date the participant withdraws from said Plan.
