Office Equipment and Furniture. 1. The Board agrees to rent office equipment and furniture to the Association. This will include adequate furniture for the needs of the Association as determined by mutual agreement of the parties. The Association agrees to repair and/or replace any equipment or furniture rented by the Association that becomes damaged.
2. Rent for the office equipment and furniture shall be five ($5) dollars per month.
Office Equipment and Furniture. 1. The Board will rent office equipment and furniture to the Association for use in the office space described in Section A above. Adequate furniture, as determined by mutual agreement, will be made available. The Association agrees to repair and/or replace any damaged equipment or furniture that is rented by the Association. The rental fee for office furniture will be $5 per month.
2. The Board will rent to the Association a computer for use in the Association office described in Section A above. Usage of e-mail must comply with the College's policy regarding e-mail. The rental fee for the computer will be $3 per month.
Office Equipment and Furniture. A. In those HUD Offices authorized a private Union office, Management shall provide three lockable file cabinets, access to a multi-function photocopier/color printer, a phone line for each workstation, wi-fi if and when available, a fax line, a fax machine, large mounted whiteboard, a personal computer for each of the workstations with HUD hardware and software consistent with that allocated to other employees in that HUD Office, a printer, a speaker phone with headset, voice mail (if available in the HUD Office), two guest chairs per desk and a desk for each workstation, and any equipment approved by the Department under a reasonable accommodation. The Union President may have an additional lockable file cabinet. Any additional furniture or equipment would be subject to local HUD Office negotiations based on office capacity and availability of furniture or equipment. Up to four keys shall be provided for each Union office, upon request.
B. In those HUD Offices without a private Union office, upon request, Management shall provide the Union a lockable file cabinet, a personal computer or access to a personal computer with compatible word processing software in general use within the bargaining unit, a printer or access to a printer, and access to a speaker phone. The above equipment shall be available for Union use when it is not being used for Government work.
C. Photocopying equipment shall be made available at no cost to the Union only for representational functions as described in Article 4, Section 4.02. For non-representational functions, the Union shall reimburse Management on an actual cost basis. Facsimile machines shall be made available to the Union only for representational functions.
D. When replacement furniture or equipment is part of an office-wide relocation, renovation, or upgrade, the Union office shall also receive replacement furniture or equipment consistent with the office standard.
Office Equipment and Furniture. Executive shall be allowed to select and remove, at his own expense, any office equipment and furniture from both his Del Mar office and home office as his personal property. Such equipment shall include his cellular telephone(s) issued by REMEC. REMEC shall maintain Executive’s cellular telephone and email accounts through March 15, 2004. REMEC shall issue Executive an appropriate 1099 tax reporting form with respect to the foregoing.
Office Equipment and Furniture. The Consultant shall be entitled to continue to use the Company's office equipment and furniture currently located in Xx. Xxxxx'x apartment in Moscow. In addition, the Consultant shall be entitled to continue to use the Company's laptop computer currently being used by Xx. Xxxxx.

The Department will reimburse those costs incurred by the Contractor for equipment, and furniture necessary to perform HCO presentations, at County and other governmental/non- governmental sites. Such equipment and furniture will be purchased only after attempts have been made to acquire the necessary equipment and furniture through other means, and Maximus 96-26293 Article V only after receiving prior Department approval and in accordance with Article III, Section C, Equipment.

The Company shall transfer to ------------------------------ Consultant, at no expense to Consultant, title to his office equipment and his office furniture on the Separation Date. Prior to the transfer to Consultant, the Company shall have the right to remove from any such office equipment any files or programs relating to the business of the Company.

Upon request, employees shall be provided with the manufacturer's safety information and assistance in the proper adjustment of chairs and equipment in relationship to posture and work surfaces. When Management provides new or replacement seating for workstations, the seating provided shall be ergonomically appropriate and adjustable.
Office Equipment and Furniture. 21-1 The Parties recognize that the Employer has needs for improved computer equipment and software, telecommunications, furniture and office equipment. They also recognize that budget constraints may affect the above areas.
