Curtailable Load definition

Curtailable Load means the equipment, material, or systems at a Project Site that is identified in the application as load that will be interrupted at the request of TNMP pursuant to the SOP.

Curtailable Load the amount of the Customer's load during the months of June through September of each calendar year which, for purposes of this Agreement, shall be 9 megawatts ("MW"), unless revised in accordance with Paragraph 4 c. of this Agreement.   • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
