Custom Programming Modifications definition

Custom Programming Modifications as used herein shall mean those software modifications, object code and related Documentation which County may request, and which Contractor shall provide, in accordance with Exhibit A (Statement of Work).
Custom Programming Modifications means those software modifications, object code, and related Documentation which COUNTY may request, and which CONTRACTOR shall provide, in accordance with Subparagraph 7.5 (Other Professional Services), Xxxx 00 (Custom Programming Modifications) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work - Remittance Processing & Image Archive) and Xxxx 00 (Custom Programming Modifications) of Exhibit A.1 (Statement of Work - Optima 3 IMS). Source code for the Custom Programming Modifications shall be provided by CONTRACTOR to the Escrow Agent pursuant to Subparagraph 11.3 (Source Code).
Custom Programming Modifications means those software modifications, object codes, and related Documentation which County may request, and which Contractor shall provide, in accordance with Section 8.7 (Other Professional Services) and Xxxx 00 (System Design Reports for Custom Programming Modifications) shall be provided by Contractor to the Escrow Agent pursuant to Section 45.0 (Source Code Escrow).

Examples of Custom Programming Modifications in a sentence

  • Contractor shall support the System Software and all components provided and approved pursuant to this Agreement, including any Updates and Custom Programming Modifications, installed at any County facility, or licensed to County hereunder, for the Term.

  • As used in this Agreement, “Compatible” or “Compatibility” means that the applicable System Hardware and Operating System Software as set forth on Exhibit H (Minimum System Requirements) are capable of supporting, operating, and otherwise performing all anticipated functions of such System Hardware or Operating System Software, as the case may be, when used in conjunction with the‌ System Software, including any Customizations, Interfaces, Updates, and Custom Programming Modifications thereto.

  • Other post-Production Use Interfaces may be requested by COUNTY pursuant to Paragraph 12 (Task 12 - Provide Post-Production Use Custom Programming Modifications, Post-Production Use Interfaces and Post-Production Use Automated Conversions) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work).

  • All other professional services for Optima 3 IMS, including, without limitation, Custom Programming Modifications, shall be provided by CONTRACTOR at the Fixed Hourly Rate of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) through June 30, 2004.

Related to Custom Programming Modifications

  • Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.

  • Servicing Modification Any reduction of the interest rate on or the outstanding principal balance of a Mortgage Loan, any extension of the final maturity date of a Mortgage Loan, and any increase to the outstanding principal balance of a Mortgage Loan by adding to the Stated Principal Balance unpaid principal and interest and other amounts owing under the Mortgage Loan, in each case pursuant to a modification of a Mortgage Loan that is in default, or for which, in the judgment of the Master Servicer, default is reasonably foreseeable in accordance with Section 3.07(a).

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.

  • Material Modification means any modification to an Interconnection Request that has a material adverse effect on the cost or timing of Interconnection Studies related to, or any Network Upgrades or Local Upgrades needed to accommodate, any Interconnection Request with a later Queue Position.

  • Substantial modification means modification of a relevant source that results in a significant increase in emissions, excluding any change in emissions resulting from by-product recovery. It shall be a matter for the Party to decide whether a modification is substantial or not;

  • maximum content of non-originating materials means the maximum content of non-originating materials which is permitted in order to consider a manufacture to be working or processing sufficient to confer originating status on the product. It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Upgrades means all new versions and releases of, and bug fixes, error corrections, Workarounds, updates, upgrades, modifications, patches for, the Licensed Software, Deliverables, Documentation, or any other portion of the Work.

  • CREFC® Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
