Custom Programming Modifications definition

Custom Programming Modifications as used herein shall mean those software modifications, object code and related Documentation which County may request, and which Contractor shall provide, in accordance with Exhibit A (Statement of Work).

More Definitions of Custom Programming Modifications

Custom Programming Modifications means those software modifications, object code, and related Documentation which COUNTY may request, and which CONTRACTOR shall provide, in accordance with Subparagraph 7.5 (Other Professional Services), Xxxx 00 (Custom Programming Modifications) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work - Remittance Processing & Image Archive) and Xxxx 00 (Custom Programming Modifications) of Exhibit A.1 (Statement of Work - Optima 3 IMS). Source code for the Custom Programming Modifications shall be provided by CONTRACTOR to the Escrow Agent pursuant to Subparagraph 11.3 (Source Code).

Related to Custom Programming Modifications

  • Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.

It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.
