Custom Service definition

Custom Service means Gas Distribution Service that is not Standard Service;
Custom Service means the UNMIK Customs Service, or any successor authority designated to perform customs functions and other assigned matters;
Custom Service means creating training content based on the Client’s Peace Officer Video footage in an agreed custom training Module(s) (as stated in Attachment B, “Custom Service”) during the Term of this SOW. The Custom Service includes PERFORMA’s receipt and review of Client identified Peace Officer Video footage for usable content, applying testing mechanics to support learning objectives, and publishing the custom training Module(s) to the App.

Examples of Custom Service in a sentence

  • CDS detector canine teams owned by or used solely by a bona fide law enforcement agency for CDS detection activities in the service of the public shall be exempt from the certification fees herein, but shall be required to certify such canine teams annually in accordance with the laws and the rules of this section, unless such canine teams are certified annually by the United States Custom Service.

  • In any case where clause (b) (ii) does not apply, but subject always to clause (a) hereof, the Company shall extend its Gas Pipeline System for the purpose of providing Gas Distribution Service to an applicant subject to the Applicant executing a Custom Service Letter Agreement in the form attached to these Terms and Conditions as Schedule D.

  • The Evaluation Committee is also of the opinion, that the absence of the Custom Service in the IPC Division limits the range of the possibilities for cooperation in different criminal issues, which are related to police and financial aspects.

Related to Custom Service

  • Termination of Employment means that the Executive ceases to be employed by the Company for any reason, voluntary or involuntary, other than by reason of a leave of absence approved by the Company.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

  • Separation from Service or “Separates from Service” means a “separation from service” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Termination of Service means:

  • Service-disabled veteran means a veteran, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(2), with a disability that is service-connected, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(16).

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.
