Customer Backup Data definition

Customer Backup Data means the copy, or backup, of Customer Data, including file system, application, and virtual server data;
Customer Backup Data means back-up files of Customer’s and its Users’ data stored in Customer’s Microsoft 365 applications.

  • The M365 Services enable Customer to store its Customer Backup Data in Microsoft’s Azure cloud services using Rubrik’s Polaris, as further described in the applicable Documentation.

  • Customer may elect to store Customer Backup Data in either (1) its own licensed Microsoft Azure instance, or (2) in an instance of Microsoft Azure provisioned for Customer by Rubrik (the “Hosted M365 Services”).

  • As between Customer and Rubrik, Customer owns all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Backup Data.

  • Customer hereby grants Rubrik the right to transmit, process, use and disclose the Customer Backup Data solely to provide the M365 Services in accordance with the Agreement.

  • If Customer elects to use the Hosted M365 Services, Customer acknowledges and agrees that its use of Microsoft Azure is subject to Microsoft’s online services terms and documentation available at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/terms/productoffering/onlineservices and that Customer has verified that the applicable security measures Microsoft uses as part of its Azure services are adequate for purposes of processing Customer Backup Data.

Related to Customer Backup Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Service usage data of CLEC’s Customer, measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units or otherwise, that is recorded by CenturyLink AMA equipment and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.
