Customer Facility Charges definition

Customer Facility Charges or “CFCs” as used herein shall mean, those fees authorized pursuant to resolution by the Board and required to be collected by Operator and remitted to the Board.
Customer Facility Charges or “CFCs” shall mean all amounts received by the Authority from the charges imposed by car rental companies upon car rental customers arriving at Boston Xxxxx International Airport and renting a vehicle from a car rental company serving such Airport, which charges are established by the Authority by resolution, as the same may be amended from time to time, and shall be collected by the car rental companies for the benefit of the Authority, together with any interest thereon.
Customer Facility Charges. (“CFCs”) shall mean the fees authorized by Calif. Government Code §§ 50474.1, 50474.21 and 50474.3, as such statutes currently exist or may be amended during the Term of this Agreement.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Materials recovery facility means a solid waste management facility that provides for the extraction from solid waste of recyclable materials, materials suitable for use as a fuel or soil amendment, or any combination of such materials.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
