Customer Items definition

Customer Items means any property of the Customer supplied to the Company for the purpose of the Company performing the Services on or in respect of such property.

  • In connection with such transition, Core-Xxxx shall, if requested by Customer, arrange a transfer of Customer’s imported items, Custom Products and Customer Items (each, as defined in Exhibit A) that are in Core-Mark’s warehouses at time of transition.

  • NordPass Business End Users may use the “Item Sharing” feature, which enables sharing of Customer Items with other selected users, depending on organization's configuration (Customer Items can be shared with limited or full rights, as it is specified in the NordPass Business Whitepaper).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party may pursue the protection of the Proprietary Items or Customer Items, as applicable, or Confidential Information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.

Related to Customer Items

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer Group means the Customer and where the Customer is a company, its holding company (if any) and their respective subsidiaries from time to time;

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer Content means all data, text, images, sounds, computer programs, photographs, pictures, illustrations, designs, icons, articles, audio clips, trademarks, logos, and video clips and any other information that is uploaded by or for the Customer in connection with use of the Services, and is owned by the Customer and/or Users including invitees of the Customer.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.
