Customer Party definition

Customer Party means Customer, any Affiliates of Customer, any direct or indirect subcontractors of Customer or its Affiliates and any of such subcontractors' Affiliates.
Customer Party means a party in its capacity of receiving a Service hereunder, including Ocwen.
