Customer POS System Network definition

Customer POS System Network means the point-of-sale software and hardware Customer uses at a Customer Location to process cardholder data.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that security and protection of all of its networks, including the Customer POS System Network, and the data and applications on such networks, including protections against unauthorized access, is Customer’s responsibility.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;
