Customer System. 6.1 To access the Service, we may require that you have certain systems, equipment, computers, hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and services, Internet access and services, and/or Service Equipment and Service Software (as defined below) (collectively, "Customer System"). We may require that you purchase one or more components of the Customer System from us or our Third Party Service Vendor as specified in the User Guides.
6.2 You are responsible at your sole expense for: (i) obtaining the Customer System, (ii) maintaining the Customer System in good working order and ensuring that the Customer System continuously meets all of our applicable requirements as stated in these General Terms and the User Guides or as otherwise provided to you ("Customer System Requirements"), (iii) the performance, functionality, input, output and connectivity of the Customer System, (iv) any damage to the Customer System, whether in connection with use of the Service or otherwise, and all necessary repairs and/or replacements, and (v) implementing reasonable measures to protect the security of the Customer System against unauthorized access to and/or use of the Service or Service data and information entered or delivered through the Customer System. At our request, you will allow us or our designated representative to inspect or review the Customer System to ensure compliance with the Customer System Requirements. Such inspections or reviews will be conducted during normal business hours and in a reasonable manner so as not to disrupt your normal business operations.
6.3 We may make changes to the Customer System Requirements from time to time as we deem reasonably necessary to facilitate our performance and/or your use of the Service or as required by law. We will give you reasonable prior notice of such changes and such time to make the changes as we may reasonably determine in our sole discretion. You are responsible at your sole expense for making changes to the Customer System as required by changes in the Customer System Requirements.
6.4 We may at any time, and without liability to you or any third party, suspend, delay, limit or terminate the Service if we know or have reason to believe that (i) the Customer System fails to comply in any or all respects with the Customer System Requirements, as amended from time to time, or (ii) you have failed to adequately maintain and ensure the security of the Customer System. Customer System a system operated by a Customer and/or System Integrator and consisting of one or more Photovoltaic Inverters, PLCs and the Software.
Customer System. Customer is responsible for (i) obtaining, deploying and maintaining all
Customer System. Subject to clause 5.2.2 the Supplier shall ensure that the Services are fully compatible with the Customer's System used by the Customer from time to time. The Supplier acknowledges that it has inspected the Customer’s System and has advised the Customer of any aspect of the Customer’s System that is not suitable for the provision of the Services and that the specified actions to remedy the unsuitable aspects of the Customer’s System, together with a timetable for and the costs of those actions, have been specified in the Order Form. If the Supplier has either failed to inspect the Customer’s System or failed to notify the Customer of any required remedial actions in accordance with clause 5.2.1 the Supplier shall not be entitled to recover any additional costs or charges from the Customer relating to any unsuitable aspects of the Customer’s System. Any disputes relating to due diligence as set out in clause or this clause 5.2 shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure. If required by the Customer, the Supplier shall provide or create and maintain technical or organisational interfaces between the Customer’s System and the Services at the Customer’s cost.
Customer System. Customer is responsible for (a) obtaining, deploying and maintaining the Customer System, and all computer hardware, software, modems, routers and other communications equipment necessary for Customer and its Users to install and use cnMaestro; (b) contracting with third party ISP, telecommunications and other service providers for the services require to monitor Customer's Devices with cnMaestro; and (c) paying all third party fees and access charges incurred in connection with the foregoing. Cambium Networks shall not be responsible for supplying any hardware, software or other equipment to Customer under this Agreement.
Customer System. Where the Professional Services shall be performed by accessing the network system of Customer or a thirty- party appointed by Customer (collectively referred to as “Customer System”), Customer shall grant Procyon, its auxiliary personnel and subcontractors prompt and unimpeded access to such system and its components. In case of technical problems with the hardware or software components of Customer System during the Professional Services, Customer will provide expert technical assistance at its own expense. During the Professional Services, Customer will guarantee the availability of at least one employee who is familiar with Customer’s computer systems and processes and who, upon request, will be able to give expert advice and information. Customer shall promptly notify Procyon of any disruptions, shutdowns or disassembly of Customer System or any IT infrastructural changes which could make it harder or impossible for Procyon to perform the Professional Services.
Customer System. 2.1 Subject to clause 5.2.2 the Supplier shall ensure that the Services are fully compatible with the Customer's System used by the Customer from time to time including such parts of the Customer System as specified in paragraph 6.2 of the Order Form.
Customer System. Customer, at its sole cost and expense, shall be responsible to purchase or otherwise obtain the computer systems, devices, telecommunications network, gateway and internet access equipment and services necessary for Customer to access the SaaS Products (“Customer System”). Customer is responsible for all maintenance and required upgrades of Customer System.

Customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining, at its sole expense, all of the hardware, software, and Internet connectivity and bandwidth necessary and appropriate for Customer to access and use the Services and the Content. If Customer fails to do so, Customer’s access to or ability to use the Services and the Content may be negatively affected or non-existent.

Customer is responsible for (a) obtaining, deploying and maintaining the Customer System, and all computer hardware, software, modems, routers and other communications equipment necessary for Customer and its Users to access and use the Platform via the Internet; (b) contracting with third party ISP, telecommunications and other service providers to access and use the Platform via the Internet; and (c) paying all third party fees and access charges incurred in connection with the foregoing. Except as specifically set forth in these Terms, an Order or a Statement of Work, xxxxx.XX shall not be responsible for supplying any hardware, software or other equipment to Customer under these Terms.
