Customer Purchased Equipment definition

Customer Purchased Equipment means equipment or hardware required to deliver the MDR Services and purchased by Customer, directly or through Critical Start as specified on the relevant Service Order. “Documentation” means the applicable written directions or policies relating to the MDR Services, which may be in paper or electronic format.
Customer Purchased Equipment means any mobile devices or equipment (including software) acquired by the Customer.
Customer Purchased Equipment means any equipment sold or provided to the Customer by CDGL

Examples of Customer Purchased Equipment in a sentence

  • Time shall not be of the essence with respect to the delivery of the Customer Purchased Equipment.

  • Subject to clause 3.3, the Customer Purchased Equipment will comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and with applicable British Standards (or, if applicable, their equivalent requirements in the territory in which the Customer Purchased Equipment is supplied).

  • The date for delivery of the Customer Purchased Equipment shall be the date agreed between the parties.

Customer Purchased Equipment means any equipment purchased by Customer from Xxxxxxx under this Agreement which may include Xxxxxxx Equipment and/or Third-Party Equipment. This includes equipment purchased directly but does not include equipment where the purchase is financed by a rental lease or other financing arrangement via a third party as agreed to by Xxxxxxx.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Excluded Equipment means, at any date, any equipment or other assets of the Borrower or any Guarantor which is subject to, or secured by, a Capitalized Lease Obligation or a purchase money obligation if and to the extent that (i) a restriction in favor of a Person who is not Holdings or any Restricted Subsidiary of Holdings contained in the agreements or documents granting or governing such Capitalized Lease Obligation or purchase money obligation prohibits, or requires any consent or establishes any other conditions for or would result in the termination of such agreement or document because of an assignment thereof, or a grant of a security interest therein, by the Borrower or any Guarantor and (ii) such restriction relates only to the asset or assets acquired by the Borrower or any Guarantor with the proceeds of such Capitalized Lease Obligation or purchase money obligation and attachments thereto, improvements thereof or substitutions therefor; provided that all proceeds paid or payable to any of the Borrower or any Guarantor from any sale, transfer or assignment or other voluntary or involuntary disposition of such assets and all rights to receive such proceeds shall be included in the Collateral to the extent not otherwise required to be paid to the holder of any Capitalized Lease Obligations or purchase money obligations secured by such assets.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Original equipment manufacturer means a company that manufactures products that it has designed from purchased components and sells those products under the company's brand name.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means all of each Loan Party’s and each of its Subsidiary’s rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (a) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (b) all software and all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (a) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (c) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (d) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.
