Customer Purchased Equipment definition

Customer Purchased Equipment means equipment or hardware required to deliver the MDR Services and purchased by Customer, directly or through Critical Start as specified on the relevant Service Order. “Documentation” means the applicable written directions or policies relating to the MDR Services, which may be in paper or electronic format.
Customer Purchased Equipment means any mobile devices or equipment (including software) acquired by the Customer.
Customer Purchased Equipment means any equipment sold or provided to the Customer by CDGL

  • Customer shall use Customer Purchased Equipment in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any related equipment purchase agreement.

  • Secureworks agrees to cooperate with Customer and Customer Affiliates by providing the information necessary for Customer or Customer Affiliates to apply for any required licenses, permits or other authorizations in connection with the importation and use of the Products and Customer Purchased Equipment.

  • Each Party agrees to comply with all applicable customs and export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations of the United States and other countries to which the Products and Customer Purchased Equipment are delivered to such Party in the course of performance of its obligations.

  • Secureworks agrees to transfer to Customer, all right, title and interest in and to any Customer Purchased Equipment, excluding any right, title or interest in and to the Software and any other Secureworks IP loaded onto such Customer Purchased Equipment.

  • Secureworks’ acceptance of any order for Products and any Customer Purchased Equipment is contingent upon the issuance of any license required by the U.S. Government.

  • Upon the earlier of the termination or expiration of this MSA and/or the applicable Service Order, Customer will return all Equipment to Spyglass and/or shall erase, destroy and cease use of all Software (as defined in Section 5 below) located on any Customer Purchased Equipment.

More Definitions of Customer Purchased Equipment

Customer Purchased Equipment means any equipment purchased by Customer from Xxxxxxx under this Agreement which may include Xxxxxxx Equipment and/or Third-Party Equipment. This includes equipment purchased directly but does not include equipment where the purchase is financed by a rental lease or other financing arrangement via a third party as agreed to by Xxxxxxx.

Related to Customer Purchased Equipment

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Seller Software means all material Software owned or licensed by the Seller or used by the Seller in the operation of the Seller’s Business.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Original equipment manufacturer means a company that manufactures products that it has designed from purchased components and sells those products under the company's brand name.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.
