Customer’s Goods definition

Customer’s Goods means property of your customer on your premises for the purpose of being:

  • Customer’s Goods Licenses and Software License, if applicable, shall be granted solely for Customer’s Research Use.

  • The provisions hereof shall apply notwithstanding the installation of such Goods in the Customer’s premises or the accession thereof to any of the Customer’s Goods or that the Goods may be incorporated into or form part of other Goods or change their essential character.

  • The Customer warrants that all Customer’s Goods supplied to the Company for processing are suitable for the processing requested by the Customer and that all matters which may affect such suitability have been made known to the Company in writing.

  • The proceeds of such a sale shall be applied first to any expenses incurred with respect to the sale of any and all of the Customer’s Goods, and any efforts to collect such indebtedness and then to any indebtedness owing to the Company, or in any such other order that the Company, in its sole discretion, shall determine.

  • The responsibility of the Company for any loss, damage or destruction to the Customer’s Goods (hereinafter “Losses”) while in the possession of the Company shall be limited to their “Insured Value” as hereinafter defined in paragraph 4.


More Definitions of Customer’s Goods

Customer’s Goods means any free issue goods or other goods or materials of the Customer (but for the avoidance of doubt not including any Tooling) provided to TFL upon which or in connection with which the Goods and/or the Services are to be provided.
Customer’s Goods means any goods or materials provided by the Customer to the Company for the purpose of the performance of Services by the Company;
Customer’s Goods means any goods, equipment, systems, cabling or facilities provided by the Customer and used, transported, stored or contract packaged directly or indirectly in the performance of the Services.

Related to Customer’s Goods

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Business Products means all products or services that have been or are currently sold, licensed, provided, supported, distributed or otherwise disposed of by the Business, including all products or services in development.

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • Retail customer means any person that purchases retail electric energy for its own consumption at

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 2.

  • VAR means value-at-risk.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Household goods means personal effects and property used or to be used in a dwelling when a part of the equipment or supply of that dwelling. Household goods do not include property moving from a factory or store, unless the property was purchased by the householder with intent to use the property in his or her dwelling, the property is transported at the request of the householder, and the householder pays the carrier's transportation charges either directly or indirectly.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Contracted Vendors means all vendors who contract or who have contracted with the Owners pursuant to Bid No. 17-245 for Annual Supply - Power and Hand Tools.

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Customer Assets means the Customer’s infrastructure, data, software, materials, assets, equipment or other property owned by and/or licensed or leased to the Customer and which is or may be used in connection with the provision of the Services;

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.
