Customized Courseware definition
Customized Courseware means Courseware for which MicroStrategy offers customization that is customized by MicroStrategy for Customer.
Customized Courseware means our courseware and training classes adapted to your applicable standards, data sets, customizations and use cases for inclusion in the Portal.c. “Hourly” means an hourly pricing model as designated by a “Project” interval on an Order Form, which is invoiced at an hourly rate on a time and materials basis for an estimated number of hours and for all reasonable expenses we incur as provided herein.d. “Portal” means an education portal on the microstrategy.com web domain customized with content for your business.e. “Prepaid Hourly” means a prepaid hourly pricing model as designated by an “Annual” interval on an Order Form, which is invoiced, and payable by you in advance following the execution of an Order Form, for the total number of stated hours at an hourly rate on a time and materials basis for such number of hours and for all reasonable expenses we incur as provided herein. b. 「カスタマイズコースウェア」とは、ポータルに含めるためにお客様のスタンダード、データセット、オーダーメイド及び使用事例に適合させたコースウェア及びトレーニングコースを意味します。c. 「アワリー」とは、注文書に「プロジェクト」単位で規定される時間単位での価格モデルを意味し、お客様は見積もりの時間数に応じた時間料金及び当社が本規程に基づくサービスの提供上合理的に負担する素材の費用を支払います。d. 「ポータル」とは、microstrategy.com のウェブドメインにありお客様の事業向けにカスタマイズされた教育ポータルを意味します。e. 「前払アワリー」とは、注文書に「年間」単位で規定される時間単位での価格モデルを意味し、お客様は注文書の発効に伴い標準時間数に係る時間料金及び当社が本規程に基づくサービスの提供上合理的に負担する素材の費用を支払います。

The Portal will include Customized Courseware and educational videos on MicroStrategy applications, and will be (i) accessible only by your employees who hold a corporate email address registered to your web domain; (ii) branded with your name and logo, subject to any reasonable trademark guidelines you provide to us in writing from time to time; and (iii) designed according to our company standards and at our sole discretion.
More Definitions of Customized Courseware
Customized Courseware means Courseware or eCourseware Files that are customized by us for you, and includes only Courseware or eCourseware Files for which we offer customization. You are solely responsible for maintaining and updating the Customized Courseware, and we have no obligation to update or modify the Customized Courseware on your behalf. You must request that we deliver the Customized Courseware, and provide us all information necessary for us to perform the customization, during the twelve (12) month period commencing on the date of purchase; otherwise, your right to receive the Customized Courseware will expire.
