CVL New Working Timetable definition

CVL New Working Timetable has the meaning ascribed to the termNew Working Timetable” in clause 1 of the CVL TAC (Freight Services);

Related to CVL New Working Timetable

  • Working Timetable has the meaning ascribed to it in Part A of the Network Code.

  • Working Week means an average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17-week reference period.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the annual work plan and budget for the Project, to be prepared on an annual basis by the Recipient.

  • Low Impact Development or “LID” means a site design strategy that maintains, mimics or replicates pre- development hydrology through the use of numerous site design principles and small-scale treatment practices distributed throughout a site to manage runoff volume and water quality at the source.

  • Task(s) means one or more functions, if specified in the Contract Documents, to be performed by the Contractor for the State.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Energise means the operation of an isolator, circuit breaker, or switch, or the placing of a fuse or link, so that electricity can flow through a Point of Connection on the Network;

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
