Cy Pres Distribution definition

Cy Pres Distribution means monies that may be distributed in connection with the Settlement, pursuant to Section 7.04.f.

Cy Pres Distribution means the money paid from the Settlement Fund to the Cy Pres recipient(s) as described in Section 7.3.
