Cy Pres Recipient definition

Cy Pres Recipient means the organization that the Parties agree to, and that the Court finds appropriate, to receive any funds from uncashed Settlement Checks.

Cy Pres Recipient means Humane Canada, or an otherwise mutually agreed upon organization, subject to Court approval;
