Cy Pres Recipient definition

Cy Pres Recipient means the organization that the Parties agree to, and that the Court finds appropriate, to receive any funds from uncashed Settlement Checks.

More Definitions of Cy Pres Recipient

Cy Pres Recipient means the entity approved by the Court to receive any funds remaining in the Settlement Fund after all other distributions under this Agreement, as set forth in Section 4.3.
