Cy Pres Recipients means any of the following entities that is approved by the Court for a cy pres distribution pursuant to Section 2.3 or Section 2.4: Center for Democracy and Technology, Electronic Frontier Foundation, MacArthur Foundation, Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Center, Berkman Center for Internet and Society (Harvard Law School), Information Law Institute (NYU Law School), Berkeley Center for Law and Technology (Berkeley Law School), Center for Internet and Society (Stanford Law School), High Tech Law Institute (Santa Xxxxx University School of Law), Campaign for Commercial-Free Childhood, Consumers Federation of America, Consumer Privacy Rights Fund, XxxxxxxXxxxxx.xxx, and XxxxxXxxxxx.xxx.

Cy Pres Recipients means Public Justice and Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc.

Cy Pres Recipients means the party or parties mutually agreed to by the Plaintiffs and Defendants, and approved by the Court, that will receive the Cy Pres Distribution. The Settling Parties will identify the Cy Pres Recipient(s) in the Motion for Final Approval of Settlement.

Examples of Cy Pres Recipients in a sentence

  • Pay any remaining amounts in the Settlement Fund to the Cy Pres Recipient(s).

  • If a second distribution is not administratively feasible, or if any amounts remain in the Settlement Fund after the second distribution, the Class Administrator will pay any such funds to the Cy Pres Recipient(s) approved by the Court.

  • Each Authorized Claimant, subject to the limitations stated below regarding proration of claims or distribution to the Cy Pres Recipients, is entitled to a one-time cash payment equal to ten dollars ($10).

  • The following procedures shall govern the distribution of proceeds, if any, from the Net Settlement Fund to the Cy Pres Recipients.

  • For the sake of clarity, this payment into the escrow account will exclude any amounts for payment of Class Counsel’s Fees and Costs, Plaintiffs’ Incentive Awards, and the claims of Authorized Claimants, and/or the distributions to Cy Pres Recipients described in Section 2.3 and Section 2.4.
