Cyber Equipment definition

Cyber Equipment means any of the Contractor’s computing hardware, software or other computing or information technology (including firmware) that will be connected to OPG Systems and Information, or will be used to access, create, modify, store, process or transmit OPG Data.

Examples of Cyber Equipment in a sentence

  • BlueHat Cyber Equipment shall remain the property of BlueHat Cyber and must be returned promptly upon request.

  • These charges include, but are not limited to, any parking fees incurred if on-site parking is not available or practical, overnight accommodation charges and crew subsistence as may be required.

Related to Cyber Equipment
