Controlled Recreation Area definition

Controlled Recreation Area means controlled recreation area as defined in the Resort Timber Administration Act;

More Definitions of Controlled Recreation Area

Controlled Recreation Area means all the Resort Area and includes all lands on which Recreation Improvements have been or are intended to be constructed in the Resort Area;

Related to Controlled Recreation Area

The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
