Daily Funding Amount definition

Daily Funding Amount means, for the Preferred Interests initially issued on the Issue Date pursuant to Section 3, for any Funding Date, the product of (i) the Daily Notional Amount for the Scheduled Trading Day in the Reference Period corresponding to such Funding Date and (ii) the Funding Percentage. Each Daily Funding Amount shall be allocated among all of the Preferred Interests proportionally for the purpose of determining the Initial Base Liquidation Preferences of each such Preferred Interest.
Daily Funding Amount means, for the Note initially issued on the Issue Date pursuant to Section 3, for any Funding Date, the product of (i) the Daily Notional Amount for the Scheduled Trading Day in the Reference Period corresponding to such Funding Date and (ii) the Funding Percentage. In the event that any Note is subsequently divided pursuant to Section 27, the Daily Funding Amounts for all Funding Dates shall be divided proportionally among the resulting Notes for the purpose of determining the Initial Principal Amounts of suchresulting Notes.

Examples of Daily Funding Amount in a sentence

  • All other things being equal, an overnight addition of a Daily Funding Amount to the Final Instalment is economically equivalent to the Holder paying Citi the Daily Funding Amount.

  • The Daily Funding Amount is calculated in respect of each calendar day by reference to the Interest Rate, which is a variable rate.

  • The interest on the Loan is incurred in the form of a Daily Funding Amount, which is only incurred if a Holder holds their CitiFirst Instalment MINI overnight (rather than buying and selling the CitiFirst Instalment MINI in the same day).

  • These include interest costs in the form of the Daily Funding Amount.

  • The Final InstalmentThe second and final instalment payment to be made by a Holder is known as the Final Instalment, which is equal to the amount of the Loan and increases each calendar day by the Daily Funding Amount.

  • The Final InstalmentThe Final Instalment is equal to the amount of the Loan and increases daily by the amount of interest charged on the Loan, in the form of the Daily Funding Amount.

  • These leverage costs will not require any physical payment by the Holder, but will be added to the Final Instalment before trading opens on the ASX each day except that when trading resumes on the ASX after a holiday or after the weekend, the Final Instalment reported by Citi for that day will incorporate and be increased by more than one day’s Daily Funding Amount.

  • Advance Amount means with respect to Class A Advances, the Class A Advance Amount and, with respect to Class B Advances, the Class B Advance Amount.

  • Aggregate Funded Spread As of any Measurement Date, the sum of: (a) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the excess of the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon over the applicable index and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation), (i) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation above such index multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligation; provided that (i) with respect to any Floor Obligation, the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash on such Collateral Obligation over the applicable index shall be deemed to be equal to the sum of (x) the stated interest rate spread paid in Cash over the applicable index and (y) the excess, if any, of the specified “floor” rate relating to such Collateral Obligation over the greater of zero and the applicable index and (ii) the interest rate of each Step-Up Obligation will be deemed to be its current rate of interest and the interest rate of each Step-Down Obligation will be deemed to be the lowest rate of interest that such Collateral Obligation will by its terms pay in the future solely as a function of the passage of time; and (b) in the case of each Floating Rate Obligation (including, for any Permitted Deferrable Obligation, only the required current cash pay interest required by the Underlying Documents thereon and excluding the unfunded portion of any Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation) that bears interest at a spread over an index other than a reference rate based index that is a Benchmark-based Index or is the same as the then-current Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt, (i) the excess of (x) the sum of such spread and the greater of such index or any applicable floor paid in Cash over (y) the Benchmark applicable to the Floating Rate Debt as of the immediately preceding Interest Determination Date (which spread or excess may be expressed as a negative percentage) multiplied by (ii) the Principal Balance of each such Collateral Obligation.

  • Rounding Amount means, if the Relevant Currency is (a) USD or EUR, 1,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, (b) JPY, 100,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, or (c) any other currency, such amount approved by the relevant Convened DC and set forth in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.

  • Maximum Revolving Amount At any date as of which same is to be determined, the amount by which (x) $3,500,000 exceeds (y) the sum of (i) all then undrawn amounts of letters of credit issued by the Bank for the account of the Borrower plus (ii) all amounts then drawn on any such letter of credit which at said date shall not have been reimbursed to the Bank by the Borrower.

  • Principal Funding Investment Shortfall means, with respect to each Transfer Date relating to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the amount, if any, by which the Principal Funding Investment Proceeds for such Transfer Date are less than the Covered Amount determined as of such Transfer Date.

  • Discount Amount means initially $6,549,982; provided that following any issuance of additional Class C(2020-5) Notes in accordance with Section 2.09, the Discount Amount shall mean the amount specified in the Notice of Additional Issuance.

  • Investment Percentage means a percentage established for each Partner on the Partnership’s books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Investment Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period will be determined by dividing the balance of the Partner’s Capital Account as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the Capital Accounts of all of the Partners as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period. The sum of the Investment Percentages of all Partners for each Fiscal Period will equal 100%.

  • Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Prepayment Percentage As of the Closing Date, approximately 0%, and thereafter, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Senior Prepayment Percentage.

  • Funding Percentage means with respect to any Payment Date, the percentage derived from the fraction the numerator of which is the Pre-Funded Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the aggregate Principal Balance of Receivables transferred to the Trust and the Pre-Funded Amount, in each case, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Aggregate Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts of all Series of Certificates issued and outstanding on such date of determination.

  • Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-4 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage). Condition: The three-month rolling average Excess Spread Percentage is: Class C Reserve Account Percentage:

  • Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Class B Prepayment Percentage Any of the Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-3 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage or Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage.

  • Amortization Amount means, with respect to any Principal Amount Repayment Date, the amount set forth opposite such Date on the Amortization Schedule.

  • Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).
