Daily Rate Mode definition

Daily Rate Mode means a Rate Mode in which Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at a Daily Rate.
Daily Rate Mode means the Mode in which the interest rate on the Bonds is set at the Daily Rate.
Daily Rate Mode means the mode during which Bonds of a Series bear interest at aDaily Rate.

  • The Authority shall appoint and employ the services of a Remarketing Agent prior to any Purchase Date or Mode Change Date while the Bonds of any Series are in the Commercial Paper Mode, Daily Rate Mode, Weekly Rate Mode, Index Mode or Term Rate Mode.
