Daily Rates means the sums set out in, or calculated in accordance with, the Contract.

Daily Rates means the sums set out in, or calculated in accordance with, the Agreement. Documentation (i) the documentation expressly specified in the Agreement; and (ii) any other documentation supplied to the Purchaser by or on behalf of the Contractor under or in connection with the Agreement or that the Contractor makes available for download by the Purchaser.
