Dashboard Data means meta-data retained by Inky for the purposes of providing an analysis tool to End User and to populate End User’s administration console. The administration console allows End User to view current and historical decisions made by the Platform, to assess current threats, and to intuit overall security/situational awareness.

Dashboard Data means each of the component parts of the data that is displayed, viewable or otherwise accessible by the Subscriber via any Access Method which includes data reflecting or based on Subscriber’s usage of the Services and derivative works of the foregoing, and may include other data derived from third party sources;

• This means that Graduate Outcomes Dashboard Data, Graduate Outcomes Results and the Graduate Outcomes Final Data Delivery should not be shared with any third parties until the publication of the relevant Open Data and Official Statistics and access to the Graduate Outcomes Results should be restricted within the Provider.

• Oppizi and its Related Bodies Corporate are and shall remain the owners of all right, title and interest in and to the Marketplace Services, Dashboard and Dashboard Data, including any updates, enhancements and new versions thereof, all data related to the use of the Marketplace Services and all related documentation and materials provided or available to Client in connection with this Agreement.

• Partner agrees to use Dashboard Data solely for legitimate business purposes including, but not limited to, Providing SI Service, accounting, and Payments.

• Oppizi and any Group Company are and shall remain the owners of all right, title and interest in and to the Marketplace Services, Dashboard and Dashboard Data, including any updates, enhancements and new versions thereof, all data related to the use of the Marketplace Services and all related documentation and materials provided or available to Client in connection with this Agreement.

• In relation to restricted transfers of Dashboard Data that is protected by the UK GDPR from the United Kingdom to a jurisdiction which does not benefit from adequacy regulations pursuant to the UK GDPR, Exhibit A shall apply subject to the terms of the “UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses” issued by the Information Commissioner's Office under s.119A (1) of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018 (“UK Addendum”).

• County will only process Dashboard Data for administrative purposes, to manage access control and for activity review purposes.
