Data Compromise definition

Data Compromise means any actual or reasonably suspected unauthorized access, disclosure or use of Transmitted Data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Transmitted Data, or the ability of City to access the Transmitted Data.

• If any Payment Brand requires a forensic examination of Merchant or any of Merchant’s Service Providers due to a Data Compromise Event, Xxxxxxxx agrees to cooperate with, and cause all applicable Service Providers to cooperate with, such forensic examination until it is completed, including, without limitation, the engagement of an examiner acceptable to the relevant Payment Brand.

• Data Compromise Response Cybersoft shall report, either orally or in writing, to any data compromise involving Data, or circumstances that could have resulted in unauthorized access to or disclosure or use of Data, not authorized by the Licensee, including any reasonable belief that an unauthorized individual has accessed Data.

Data Compromise means the unauthorised access, transmission or use of Data or the damage, erasure, copying, disruption, alteration, corruption, loss, theft, degradation, dissemination or distribution of the Data in any manner;

Data Compromise means malicious technical compromise or unauthorized disclosure of Customer Data.
