Data Fees definition

Data Fees means fees other than Connectivity Fees charged pursuant to this Agreement in connection with the use or redistribution of Data.
Data Fees means, with respect to Hosted Systems, the separate fee(s) payable by the Licensee to Proactis for data storage.
Data Fees means fees charged in connection with the use, distribution or redistribution of Data.

More Definitions of Data Fees

Data Fees means fees paid to third parties, such as [***], for physician prescribing data.
Data Fees meansmeans fees other than Connectivity Fees charged pursuant to this Agreement in connection with the use or redistribution of Exchange Data.
Data Fees means the amounts indicated in the Fee Appendix calculated in accordance herewith based on the amount and type of Data provided to Licensee during the applicable billing period.

Related to Data Fees

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.   • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.
